This was awarded to a 57-year-old woman who suffered a fractured arm and wrist as a result of a T-bone automobile collision. Connie was making a left-hand turn out of a parking lot in heavy traffic. She was waived through by cars that were stopped in traffic. As she entered the center lane, the Defendant, who was illegally using the turning lane to pass the backed up traffic, collided with Connie. The insurance company attempted to place 70% fault on Connie but was not successful.
