Michael F. Lawrence

Mike has been licensed in the state of Kentucky since 1985 (over 40 years), graduating from the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law.

Before coming to the Schafer Law Office, his practice focused on real estate disputes, realtor E+O claims, and insurance defense. This included mediation, arbitration, civil litigation (including appeals), and claims before the KREC, GLAR/KAR, and the EEOC.  Now Mike’s focus is strictly personal injury.  His past defense experience and work with insurance companies provide a different perspective, and aid in our dealing with insurance companies and defense counsel.

In his free time, Mike “Coach” Lawrence has coached youth soccer for over 30 years.  It began with his sons and now his grandsons. He has also coached coed softball teams at various law firms in the LBA Lawyer League
